* Early check-in depends on room availability. For confirmation, early check-in needs to reserve a room one day prior.
* For special room requests such as Side by Side, Same Floor, Different Floor, Upper Floor, Specific Floor, Specific room, or Good view room totally depends on availability.
* Hotel authority confirms booking and reservation of rooms by Room Category only, but give high priority to guest preference and requests.
* Please bring all of your NID/Passport/Driving License or Govt. Photo ID during Check-in time.
* Foreigner's guest must submit a passport copy and the latest valid visa copy during check-in.
* For an extra person in a room additional Extra bed will be added with a charge according to hotel policy, For 10 years + children or for adults applicable. For 5 to 10 years old children Breakfast charge is applicable.
* Without informing in a registration card and without providing proper identification no one can stay in the room.
* Outside Guests are not allowed in the room.
* Personal weapons/Arms not allowed inside the hotel. Guests need to deposit it in the hotel's security safety box with a Weapon/Arms Govt. license copy.
* For VIP check-in arrangements need to inform upon confirming the reservation and an additional charge may apply.
