* Early check-in depends on room availability. For confirm early check-in need to reserve room from one day prior.
* For special room request such as Side by Side, Same Floor, Different Floor, Upper Floor, Specific Floor, Specific room or Good view room is totally depends on availability.
* Hotel authority confirm booking and reserve room by Room Category only, but give high priority to guest preference and requests.
* Please bring all of your NID/Passport/Driving License or Govt. Photo ID during Check in time.
* Foreigners guest must submit passport copy and latest valid visa copy during check-in.
* Without informing in registration card and providing proper identification no one can stay in room.
* Outside Guests are not allowed in room.
* Personal weapons/Arms not allowed inside the hotel. Guest need to deposit it in hotels security safety box with Weapon/Arms Govt. license copy.
* For extra person in room additional Extra bed will be added with charge according hotel policy for 10 year+ child or Adult. For 5 to 10 years old child Breakfast charge applicable.
* For VIP check in arrangement need to inform upon confirming reservation and additional charge may apply.
* Outside foods are not allowed inside the room or hotel premises.
* Pets are not allowed inside the room or hotel premises.
