* Foreigners guest must submit passport copy and latest valid visa copy during check-in.

* Hotel authority confirm booking and reserve room by Room Category only, but give high priority to guest preference and requests.
* Personal weapons/Arms not allowed inside the hotel. Guest need to deposit it in hotels security safety box with Weapon/Arms Govt. license copy.
* Pets are not allowed inside the room or hotel premises.
